Sweden develops into a modern state, with a strong central government in Stockholm. The "swedenisation" process is greatly achieved through the use of Radio & TV, through the education system and the bureaucracy of the public sector. The history of Scania was and remains unwritten and unknown to most of the Scanian people. Through self-censorship and cultural treachery, many Scanians accept the false new identity. Scanian culture is called "Southern Swedish", and only purely folkloristic details are accepted.
