Dear Ms Jensdottir, 

Further to our telephone conversation this morning I would like to confirm our participation in the talks with the Committee of Experts of the Charter on Regional or Minority Languages on Thursday 25 April at 1730 at the Näringsdepartementet, Jacobsgatan 26 in Stockholm.

 The three person attending from our side will be:

  1. Associate Professor Helmer Lång, author of the books “Skånska språket” (“The Scanian Language”) and the “From A to Ö” (“Swedish – Danish – Scanian Word Dictionary”. He is also the founder and permanent secretary of the Scanian (Literary and Cultural) Academy.
  2. General Secretary Lars Narvselius, founder and head of the Scanian Regional Institute (www.scanianinstitute.edu).

  3. Chairman Göran Hansson, founder and head of the Stiftelsen Skånsk Framtid and also since 1995 Vice Chairman and Steering Committee Member of the UNPO (Unrepresented Nations and Peoples Organisation) in the Hague, The Netherlands.

We understand that the full hour allocated to us will be filled with a general discussion concerning the Swedish report and SSF’s so called Shadow report “A Regional Point of View”.
